Get ready for the new academic year!  Beginning August 1, 2025 you can purchase your 2025-2026 parking permit.  The cost is $150.00 for all eligible students, sophomores and above, law students, graduate students, commuting first years and transferring students.  Remember vehicles must display an active permit to park on any RWU owned/operated property.

Important!  Please ensure you are ordering the correct permit! 

Commuters: Look for "Commuter Student 26CS"

Residents (Almeida, Bayside, Cedar, Maple, North Campus Residence Hall, Stonewall, Willow) Look for "Resident Student 26RS"

Law Students or Graduate Students.  Look for "Graduate Student 26GS"

Resident students housed in RWU owned properties listed above will pick up your permits during check in.  Resident permits are NOT mailed and must be picked up in person.  Commuters will pick up permits during a scheduled meeting at the beginning of the academic year.  Please look for upcoming email Please allow one business day for processing commuter and resident permits.

Graduate and Law permits are mailed to the provided local address and may take 3-5 business days.  Verify your address for accuracy.
